1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products are eligible for return within 07 (Seven) days from the date of delivery.
- To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods or hazardous materials, may not be eligible for returns.
- Returns will only be accepted if accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods such as reagents, biological samples, or chemicals.
- Personalized or customized items.
- Opened or used lab equipment.
- Products marked as non-returnable during the time of purchase.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@biotechmart.in with your order details and the reason for the return.
- You can Initiate a return request by login into your account in biotechmart.in and Go to Order Return Request.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization number (RMA).
- Once your return is approved, you will need to send the product back to us at the provided return address. The cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
4. Refunds
- Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact our Customer Support team at support@biotechmart.in.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund after the specified period, first check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be processing delays.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@biotechmart.in.
